Lee has rich experience in civil and commercial litigation, especially in contract disputes and company equity disputes (including earn-out buybacks). He has successfully handled many litigation and arbitration cases for well-known companies. In recent years, with the increasing mobility of senior technical personnel, he has also handled numerous non-compete disputes caused by talent mobility, achieving good results. In non-litigious practice, he has designed customized equity incentive plans and equity and articles of association schemes for various companies based on their specific needs.
