1.A landmark case in China's intellectual property history – the Proview vs. Apple iPad trademark ownership and infringement dispute.

This case topped the Top 10 Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Cases of China in 2012published by the Supreme People’s Court.

★ This case is featured in the China Court Museum, and is the only one of the "Four Major Cases of People's Court Achievements in IP Trials" to display the name of the representing lawyer.
